Coast Oak is Six-Months Old

Coast Oak is Six-Months Old

I find it hard to believe, that Coast Oak is halfway through his first year! In just six short months, he has started to learn how to communicate and to eat solid foods.

He experienced his first sleep over at Oma and Opa's home last Saturday and did wonderfully.  He and brother Reef were so very easy to take care of.

The Smith Family Baby Shower

Whether you are expecting baby number one or baby number two, there’s plenty to celebrate! For Oma, it is important to “shower” my next grandbaby with the same attention as my first! By the way, Reef Indy turned twenty-one months young yesterday!

Reef Indy is going to be a big brother!

Of course there is never a reason needed to enjoy the warming company of your friends and family. As you can tell from the photos below, the Smith Baby #2 Shower proved to be fun for all:

Look Who Is 19-Months-Old

Reef Indy met the Easter Bunny (Dad) yesterday.  As you can tell from his face - Reef did not like the Easter Bunny too much.  However, Reef's cousins and friends loved him.

The Easter Bunny (also called the Easter Rabbit or Easter Hare) is a symbol of Easter, depicted as a rabbit bringing Easter eggs. Originating among German Lutherans, the "Easter Hare" originally played the role of a judge, evaluating whether children were good or disobedient in behavior at the start of the season of Eastertid.
