Oma received two pairs of solid Black socks to wear to use and review.

Oma found the Wearever Socks by Buster Brown well-made and comfortable. The only negative was that they did not stay-up quite as well as Oma expected. However, the socks were perfect under Oma’s jeans and did not bind nor cause skin irritation. The best part of this product is that the socks did not leave any marks or "dents" on Oma’s legs; even after wearing them all day.

Reef Indy had his four-month-well baby check Friday. The doctor stated that all is well and that Reef Indy is in the 90th percentile range. This means means that 90 percent of babies at Reef’s age weigh less than he does. Reef weighed in at 16.8 pound!

Oma's Review

This book was enjoyably easy to read and understand. What Oma love about this book is that the 5:2 Diet is not only about weight loss; it is about approved health.

Oma has been on this diet for a week. It is not easy, but appears to be a regimen that the average person can sustain over the necessary duration to witness one’s goal. There was even a special section in this eBook for us senior citizens!

Happy to report that in the first week, Oma lost a pound on the 5:2 Diet. A pound a week may not be earth shattering; however is a healthy and realistic weight loss strategy.

However, even better than the weight loss is that fact that the 5:2 Diet made Oma feel healthier and more energetic!

Be forewarned – the exercises are not easy and left Oma a tad sore. However, Oma found them to be challenging and enjoyed following the training routine. Oma needs to remain healthy in order to run after Reef Indy.

(Oma will continue to follow the 5:2 Diet for the month of January and then report the results via this blog.)
