Boardwalk Food Company Beer Bread Mix Review + Giveaway #CookWithBeer

Oma love baking bread. Unfortunately, I do not always have time to do things the old fashion way. For those busy times, you can turn to Boardwalk Food Company for their Beer Bread Mix.

They include all the ingredients in each of the mixes. You just pop open a beer, pour, stir, bake, and enjoy! They’re delicious on their own or you can try them with different types of dip.

Tip: most of the alcohol is cooked off in the baking process.

The Boardwalk Food Company is inspired by vacations with family and friends on the Boardwalk of Atlantic City, which were frequent throughout Founder and President Andy Yochum’s life.

“I came to realize that the Boardwalk was more than just a place; it was a state of mind,” says Yochum. “Our products make it possible to enjoy the carefree, simple, social aspects of vacation in your everyday life. They’re easy to make, and special enough to share with family and friends.”

There are four Boardwalk Food Company Beer Bread Mix Flavors

  1. Original – Their original flavor is delicious on its own or can act as a canvas to change the flavor profile. Experiment with different types of beer or soda. Even add ingredients like fruits, flavoring or spices.
  2. Cornbread – Making a good batch of cornbread that’s just the right tasty combination of sweet and moist can be a lengthy process. We’ve simplified it: just add your favorite beer and bake. Perfect for chili night!
  3. Lemon Poppy Seed – This bread has a light refreshing lemony taste. It certainly speaks of the beach!
  4. Rosemary Sea Salt – A hearty Italian-flavored bread, Rosemary Sea Salt is a perfect stand-alone appetizer or companion to steak or pasta.
