Oma replaced one meal for a shake for one week and follow a reasonable diet to see if any weight loss is realized.

Oma continued to replace one meal a day with the shake. It was easy to do and tasted great. One day, the shake actually served as a snack.

Oma can report that after a week, an extra pound of weight was realized and that Skinny Jane Chocolate Skinny Blend is easy to use and very tasty. It also left me feeling full and satisfied.  However Oma did not notice a boost in metabolism.

Reef Indy’s First Day On The Jobsite

Every father and son deserve quality time together. Reef and his daddy never had any issues with bonding. Zack has been a “hands-on” father since the moment of Reef Indy’s birth.

March 16th was Reef’s first day on Dad’s jobsite. As you can see from photo’s below, Father and Son had a wonderful experience. 

A father's influence on his son's personal development is often unseen but nonetheless real. The relationship a boy has with his father greatly shapes the man he will become in the future. 

Reef Indy is going to become a very talented, creative and kind man.
