Oma loves that this item comes with everything you need; the cushion; the pump and air needle. The cushion itself is made of a blue high quality PVC material and the spikes feel good on the bottom of my bare feet. I don’t know about using this item for rehabilitation, but I really like using it to improve my coordination and balance. I am a klutz!

I also love that this balance board is not wooden and therefore quiet to use.  I hate bothering my husband and most balance boards are pretty klick-klacky noisy.  Lastly, the Air Stability Wobble Cushion is small enough to take with you, making it perfect for business trips and in hotel workouts.
