My travel buddy and I have, coincidentally, been married for forty years. Our diverse voyages during our adventurous and assorted experiences, feature knowledge and learning at the helm. Paul and I should be selected as one of the #WeHeartBeijing campaign winners for several reasons.

First and foremost, Paul and I are fun yet hardworking citizens who love to travel and discover new places. We have never visited Beijing. However, we are anxious to inspect the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven! Of course, the Great Wall will provide us with the perfect opportunity for a photographic hike! 

#WeHeartBeijing would be the grand topper to our celebration of forty years of love and devotion. Just like the Beijing Opera, as a team, we have passed the challenges of time; emerging stronger and more melodious. 

Additionally, as #WeHeartBeijing ambassadors, Paul and I would share every moment of our Beijing exploration with our friends and family utilizing our blog and social media interactions (via Blogster, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr and Twitter) – the home-bound fans will all but smell our wonderment at tasting Beijing duck for the first time! 

Beijing is an energetic fusion of antiquity and modernity – just as my husband and I.  Paul and I cannot wait to rent a bicycle and discover some of the latest preserved hutongs as #WeHeartBeijing!
