The PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands keeps exercising interesting. They come in a set of four including a blue “light” band, a red “medium” band, a green “heavy’ band and a black “x-heavy” band, The Phantom Fit bands are ideal to use one band at a time, or combine multiple bands for a more strenuous workout.

Being able to fit in a good strength training without the hassle of driving to a gym is a definite plus! Oma keeps the high-quality latex bands near her computer work-station and tries to incorporate the band exercises into her mini breaks. You can perform strength-training exercises without clunky weights.

Oma loves the fact that these Resistance Bands are easy pack when traveling and also easy to store (they come with a nylon storage bag). They are a a great addition to my fitness routine.

Warning – be sure not to overdo it the first time you use your PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands – Oma’s arms were a bit sore the morning after my first use.
